Ready. Fire. Aim. All too often, quick design solutions that are not goal-driven can leave you and your investors dissatisfied. That is why we partner with you from the onset defining the goals and objectives through a systematic process. This strategy includes asking diverse questions and posing scenarios regarding a properties highest and best-use, length of projected ownership and metrics/yields required to meet the established pro forma.
Synthesis
Connecting the dots. After determining your project goals, we initiate the due-diligence and/or programming phase. Due-diligence data entails physical attributes such as topography, floodplains and soils, as well as political attributes like zoning regulations, deed restrictions and easements. Next we discuss and document a program that encompasses the overall project scope - both interior and exterior spaces, and features.
Solutions
